Brandon R. Shannon

Brandon R. Shannon – Attorney

Brandon specializes in defending individuals and businesses in civil litigation. His areas of practice also include insurance coverage, appellate practice, and constitutional issues. He has experience in all Montana state and federal courts.

Brandon was born and raised in Lolo, Montana and earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Montana. While in college, Brandon worked at the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation’s legal department and ran political campaigns. Brandon then attended the University of Montana School of Law, graduating in 2017. While in law school, he worked at a Missoula litigation firm, was an editor of the Montana Law Review, and did his clinical studies representing students in a wide variety of criminal and civil matters. Before joining BEBT, Brandon clerked at the Montana Supreme Court for the Honorable Justice Jim Rice.

Brandon enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife. He has many hobbies including golf, backpacking, prospecting, and hunting.
