Erin Erickson Speaking on “Cyber Claims and Acts of War” at 2024 CLM Annual Conference

BEBT Managing Partner Erin Erickson will present on Cyber Claims and Acts of War at a featured session at the 2024 CLM Annual Conference in San Francisco, along with co-panelists Marcus Tolliver, Thomas Wright, and Yanai Siegel. The panel will address when cyberattacks constitute an “Act of War” that insurers can exclude from coverage. This session covers both cyber claims and acts of war in light of multiple recent, real life cyber attacks.  This presentation will provide a first view of this new potential coverage exclusion for more than just cyber insurance.
