BEBT attorneys win motion to dismiss in insurance coverage and bad faith lawsuit

BEBT attorneys Ryan Heuwinkle and Brandon Shannon prevailed on a motion to dismiss breach of contract and bad faith claims against an insurer.  Plaintiff brought suit against his commercial auto insurer after he was injured driving his personal vehicle, seeking UIM coverage.  The United States District Court for the District of Montana granted BEBT’s Motion to Dismiss, finding there was no coverage or bad faith under Montana law.
