BEBT attorney wins motion for summary judgment in insurance coverage action

BEBT attorney Ryan Heuwinkel prevailed on a dispositive motion in an insurance coverage lawsuit. On behalf of the insurer, BEBT filed a lawsuit seeking a declaratory judgment that there was no duty to defend or indemnify an insured who engaged in criminal conduct. The United States District Court for the District of Montana granted BEBT’s Motion to for Summary Judgement, finding there was no coverage.
