Jamie Iguchi - Associate Attorney

Jamie Iguchi is an attorney admitted to practice in the Montana state and federal courts, as well as in California and New York.

Jamie was born and raised in Los Angeles County, California. She attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she earned a B.A. in philosophy with an emphasis in ethics and public policy, and she was a junior year inductee to the Phi Beta Kappa Society.

Jamie earned her law degree from UC Davis School of Law, with a certificate in environmental law. She was an articles editor for the UC Davis Law Review and won the Patrick J. Hopkins Memorial Writing Award for best writing by a law review member. She also won the Richard M. Frank Environmental Writing Prize for best original research article in environmental law.

Prior to joining BEBT, Jamie practiced civil defense litigation with firms in Billings and Helena. She had also served as the senior law clerk to the Honorable Blair Jones of the 22nd Judicial District Court. Outside of work, she dedicates her time to supporting the public and her peers as a board member for ACLU of Montana. She also serves on the Technology Committee of the State Bar of Montana and is a former chair of the New Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Montana (2014-15) and former chair of the Montana Access to Justice Commission’s Standing Committee on Law School Partnerships (2013-2015).
